Worth It

Support

Questions, problems and how to reach a human

Worth It is made by one person. Write any time — bug reports, feature ideas, or a refund question you can’t work out. Most messages get an answer within two working days.

If you’re reporting a problem, it helps enormously to include your iOS version, your iPhone model, and the app version shown at the bottom of Settings.

Purchases

I paid, but the app still shows the free limit

Open Settings → Restore purchases. This asks the App Store to re-check what you own and unlocks the app again. It works on any device signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.

If it still doesn’t unlock, make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with — purchases can’t transfer between accounts. Then write to us with the date of purchase.

How do I cancel the yearly plan?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside Worth It. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and choose Worth It.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, or that period will still be charged. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple — we can’t issue them, and we never see your payment details. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If something in the app genuinely didn’t work, tell us as well. We’d rather fix it than have you fight with a refund form.

What’s the difference between the yearly plan and the one-time purchase?

They unlock exactly the same features. The yearly plan renews until you cancel; the one-time purchase is paid once and never renews. Pick whichever you prefer — there’s no feature held back from either.

Your data

Where is my data stored? Is it on your servers?

On your device. The things you track, their prices and your hourly rate never leave your iPhone unless you choose to back them up, and they are never sent to us. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

How does the iCloud backup work?

Settings → Back up now copies your things into your own iCloud account. Restore backup brings them back — on a new phone, for example, or after reinstalling.

It only runs when you tap it; there is no automatic sync. Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive turned on.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Reset all wipes every thing you’ve tracked and your work profile from the device. Deleting the app removes the data too.

An iCloud backup is separate: remove it from iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

Using the app

How is cost per use calculated?

The price you paid, divided by the number of times you’ve logged a use. Log a fourth use of a €200 jacket and it drops from €66.67 to €50 per wear.

If you also set a comparison price — what the alternative would have cost each time, like a €3 café coffee — the app works out how many more uses it takes to break even, and celebrates when you get there.

What is the hourly rate for?

It turns prices into working time. Instead of “€89”, you see roughly how long you had to work to pay for it. Type any amount into the converter at the bottom of the main screen to try it.

Change it any time in Settings → Hourly rate. If you’d rather count only working days rather than whole 24-hour days, there’s a toggle for that too.

My widget isn’t updating

iOS decides when to refresh widgets, so a change in the app can take a few minutes to appear. Opening Worth It usually prompts an update.

If a widget is stuck for much longer, remove it from the Home Screen and add it again. If that doesn’t help, please write — that’s a bug worth knowing about.

Can I change the app’s language?

Yes — Settings → App language opens the iOS page for Worth It, where you can pick any of the languages it’s translated into. iOS doesn’t allow apps to open that picker directly, which is why it hands you over.
